1. Do you offer delivery?

Currently, we do not offer delivery service.

2. Where are you located for pickup?

Crumbssi Cookies is located in Kissimmee, FL, 34744, We do not have a physical store yet, in our online store you can place your order for shipping Nationwide and Puerto Rico, and pick up in Kissimmee, FL, you’ll receive pickup instructions after placing your order.

Pick ups are every Friday 10am-3pm

3. How long will it take to receive my order?

 

 We typically ship every Monday (except holidays)  after your order is placed. Shipping times vary by location but usually take 2-5 days.

4. Can I order just one cookie?

To ensure the best quality and freshness, we bake in small batches and package each order with care. A minimum of 4 cookies helps us keep our process efficient, reduce waste, and offer you the best value.

5. Do your cookies contain allergens like nuts, dairy, or gluten?

All of our cookies do contain common allergens. Please check the product description for each cookie or contact us if you have specific dietary needs.
